Why is HPC included in recent posts ticker ?

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

HPC groundrules is that "do you need to post it at KVR?"

Well in case somebody do, why must those posting be included in the KVR news ticker, that you find under "What's New @ KVR Audio"

It's porn this and porn that.

I though this was a software/audio forum :P

What forums appear in the ticker are configured here, I believe...

I actually don't mind the porn-this, porn-that posts so much compared to the blatant advertisement posts whenever some new plugin comes out.

So maybe you are in the wrong forum, this is an audio forum after all

Well, the thing is though these threads don't usually focus on anything in particular about the plugin. They're more like announcements followed a bunch of noise.

It would be something else if people were coming back and saying "sweet, I really like that this plugin can do this sound" posting a link to a clip and the unique way they built it. Or if they were discussing the features or something really interesting about it in relation to how it's actually applied.

Most of the threads are more like gear lust, just obsessing over trivial details of software or hardware themselves... You're right. It is an audio forum after all.
