What's the problem of undo? I want to know before I encounter a disaster if there is... (bought it couldn't resist the discount)

undo stops the playback. let's say you deleted a note ( maybe by accident because delete and draw tool are next to each other ) and want it back --> whammo, playback stopped. how is one supposed to do a groove when the playback is stopped all the time?!?
