Please explain me step by step, I know then this sounds are layering but I don't know how many sounds I need and what I must use the waveforms in Oscillator etc.

Please Help!

It sounds like:

Nexus 2 > Dance Leads > LD Adagio

possibly layerd with:

Nexus 2 > Single Layer Leads > Square Lead 2

and cut the low end from both leads.

olliedutton : I try Your way to obtain this sound and I get only something similar.

APAcademy: This is good tip to get basic sound which I can tuning

In my opinion in this sound important things is : LFO and good sync different waveforms with at least one osc with Square wave.

I waiting for more sugesstions but I would rather that someone show me how create this sound in synthesizer from beginning.
