Is that the path you have defined in FL Studio to look for the plugin?skytheguy wrote:Hey all! I've been trying to set up WordBuilder from Symphonic Choirs in FL. It's a MIDI fx plugin, so I tried loading it in mfxshell, but it doesn't show up in the dropdown list.
I've put the WordBuilder dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Shared MIDI Plugins and C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared MIDI Plugins, but neither worked. I also registered both dlls.

The poster in that other thread writes:skytheguy wrote:I guess I didn't specify this, but I already set up the MFXshell plugin and my only problem is that WordBuilder doesn't show up in it. Cakewalk Arpeggiator and some other Cakewalk MFX's show up, but not WordBuilder.
"To get this working I copied all the DLL's into my VST directory. I also copied the wordbuilder dll there as well."
Did you do that too?

Afair it work in FL10 in FL11 not anymore. Maybe you install 10 again side by side with 11 to check it.

It's getting to be rather old, reviewed back in 2005:

And the problem with limited support for Word Builder was there from the start
"Support for Word Builder as a plug-in is limited to Cubase, Nuendo and Sonar at present".

There's quite a few good choirs out there now. Depends how big and what flavor. I like the SoundIron range:
