Hey

I'm currently attempting to implement relative MIDI CC control support into some software, but I'm having trouble finding how the different relative types/formats behave.

I know that controllers set to Twos Complement send a value of 1-63 for incrementation and 127-64 for decrementation (exact value depending on the controller acceleration), however I'm yet to understand how the other formats work - these being signed bit, signed bit 2, and bin offset (according to Ableton Live anyway - I seem to remember them being called something slightly different in Logic Pro).

Has anyone got any ideas or links to some resources? I've seen the wiki pages on the theory of all these operations but I'm just looking for some documentation of them referring to MIDI CC's specifically.
