Sound Dust has announced the release of Orgone with a 20% off intro offer.
Orgone is a Kontakt sample instrument based around the idea of building a drawbar organ with complex harmonic synth waveforms deeply sampled from some classic analogue synths.
Orgone uses the basic additive architecture of the drawbar organ to create a deeply controllable instrument with huge polyphony and a deep but relatively simple operating system and then adds the filters, envelopes, LFOs, etc of subtractive synthesis to each individual drawbar. Sound Dust say that it's like having 4 classic, 11 oscillator synths in one modular box. Orgone can create a massive palate of sounds with an organic rather than electronic feel.
