4drX has updated VirtualKeyboard to v1.2.2, introducing some features to make this tool more useful to learn with MIDI files:
- Notes can be set to fade out instead of ending abruptly to facilitate the reading of quick runs. Use the "Fade" sliders to set their visual queue in milliseconds for each MIDI channel.
- Notes sustained with the sustain pedal are displayed with a longer, independent fade out.
- MIDI channels now can be visually "soloed" and "muted" independently.
- Every MIDI channel is displayed with a different color. Click on "Legend" for more details.
Bug fixes:
- This version fixes an issue preventing notes from freezing when the cursor stopped.
