Soundiron has announced the release of Iron Pack 4 - English Boy's Choir Pads, Atmospheres and Sustains. This 4th installment in Soundiron's series of compact libraries offers playable and unique sample instruments at an entry-level price. Each Iron Pack explores a new theme with a fresh sample set, equipped with creative presets and useful control features. Each Iron Pack edition is only available for a short time. Mercury is a comprehensive 15+ GB children's choir the full version of Kontakt, with solo and ensemble true legato, dozens of marcato and staccato syllables, sustains, Latin chromatic chants, choral effects and more.

Iron Pack #4 features 11 choral ambiences, organic synth pads and atmospheric sustaining instruments designed using symphonic children's choir recordings. It also includes an boy's choir sustain master preset, with dynamically blended Ah and Oo vowels. It also serves as a demo intro to the Mercury Symphonic Boychoir library.

These flexible patches are designed for use in any musical genre or sound design job. The Kontakt GUI offers attack, sample offset, release, Hi and Lo EQ gain, sample reverse, time-stretching, pad mode, optional reverb impulse loading and mix control. It also provides 10 custom convolution settings, with 5 special effect impulses and 5 vibrant rooms and halls to choose from.

The SFZ presets offer CC control over attack, sample offset, release, decay, Hi and Lo EQ gain and efficient preset loading, audio fidelity and performance. When used in the free Sforzando Player by Plogue, the GUI displays a number of proprietary sound shaping parameters, such as attack, offset, release, hi and lo gain and decay time.
